Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The Adoption Fee for our DOGS is $90.00 to $250.00, depending on age, breed and medical history of the dog.
The Adoption Fee for KITTENS/CATS is $100.00 for Adult Cats, Kittens are $125.00 each, 2 for $200.00.

All Quincy Animal Shelter residents are current on vaccinations appropriate for their age before being cleared for adoption. If they are older than six months old, a certificate of sterility will accompany them. Pets under six months old come with a free spay/neuter coupon that must be used when they are old enough.

Fees and Donations: Your non-refundable adoption fee helps us to continue our high level of care for all the animals, and includes a FREE visit ($40 value) to VCA South Shore Animal Hospital (Quincy or Weymouth, Massachusetts).

The Quincy Animal Shelter is a 100% volunteer-run organization. The Shelter has NO PAID STAFF and relies completely on our volunteers and the community for support. Incorporated in November 1999 as a non-profit Massachusetts charity, we are also a recognized charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service code. Since 1999 the Quincy Animal Shelter has placed more than 3,600 cats and dogs into loving and forever homes through out MA and New England.
